A medical development zone in Shandong,and disposal of hazardous waste in the zone.The hazardous waste generated by the pharmaceutical industry is characterized by complex composition,many kinds of pollutants,heavy metals and certain toxicity.It is necessary to choose suitable treatment processes and pollutant control measures.The treatment process of hazardous waste at home nd abroad were summarized.The production of hazardous waste according to the pharmaceutical industry hazardous waste in China and this paper relies on the Shandong city medical park,analyzes the feasibility of disposal of hazardous waste incineration with rotary kiln,and the characteristics of hazardous waste disposal,design processing incineration scheme.According to the requirements of pollutant discharge and the increasingly stringent trend of pollutant emission standards,the design of flue gas purification device was carried out,and the wet desulphurization tower was designed in detail.In this study,the influence of pH on the removal efficiency of sulfur dioxide in flue gas was analyzed under different numerical conditions.Combined with the characteristics of packed tower and spray tower,a new gradient pH section desulphurization tower was designed.According to the requirements of super low sulfur dioxide emission and near zero emissions,the height of the packing layer was determined by checking computations,and the total height of the packed tower was calculated.The advanced technology of the desulfurization technology was reflected,and the whole preliminary design of the project was completed.The engineering applications of other new technologies in this design,such as activated carbon adsorption and advanced oxidation denitrification,still need further engineering practice.
