In the oil and gas exploration process,in order to ensure the safety of oilfield production and improve the efficiency of oil and gas production,it is necessary to conduct real-time monitoring of the wellsite environment and equipment working conditions.Based on the actual needs,this paper analyzes the problems existing in oil well monitoring and adopts the latest wireless communication technology to propose a well-wireless remote monitoring and networking scheme for WiFi+4G.The main features of this solution are: first,a wireless LAN is set up at the wellsite to cover a number of well points by using a Wi Fi-4G router;second,a monitoring terminal with a WiFi wireless access function is used to monitor and control the well-point equipment and environment,Through WiFi and 4G wireless network to establish communications with the oilfield monitoring center server,sending and receiving monitoring and control messages;third,the monitoring center receives the status messages sent from the wells,analysis and processing,implementation of well-point equipment control.On this basis,this paper designed and implemented a well point monitoring terminal with WiFi wireless access.The terminal adopts the mode of MCU+WiFi module,and has multiple analog and digital input/output channels,which can not only detect the input signal but also control the wellhead equipment.The terminal is convenient for wireless access through the WiFi module.To communicate with the oilfield monitoring center;the terminal has an internal storage function that can buffer 24 hours of test data.At the same time,the oilfield monitoring center server software was designed and developed to enable the monitoring center to receive,analyze,process,store,and display monitoring data at each well site.The basic experimental results show that the solution adopts the current popular commercial communication technology,the networking is convenient,and the cost is low.The monitoring terminal adopts WiFi network access and has multiple analog/digital input/output channels,which are suitable for a variety of different application requirements.It provides a basic solution for the monitoring of oil wells and has certain reference value for other applications.
