In recent years,coal mine safety accidents have occurred frequency,among which accidents such as water hazards,gas,roof,fire,and electromechanical transportation have become the most concentrated.Coal mine companies have many safety risks in the construction phase and production process of mines and have become a government and social community.The focus of common concern.In the process of mine construction,how to reduce and control safety risk accidents in the construction process by fully using all resource has become an urgent problem to be solved in the coal mine construction phase.Safety risk management is the process of implementing technical and management measures such as accident prevention,early warning,risk control,and emergency management based on the identification of safety risk factors and risk assessment results during the implementation of mine construction projects.Firstly,the SJY coal mine construction project main project construction phase division was conducted in this thesis,data method,field investigation method and expert survey method were used to identify the inherent safety risks of the mine main project and the construction safety risks phase,then the irrelevant factors were eliminated and organized,finally the main safety risk factors in the construction projects were determined.The risk index matrix method,operating condition risk assessment method(LEC)and expert survey scoring method were used for security risk assessment,through the calculation,the level of the various security risks were determined.Finally,the main safety risk control was carried out by the safety risk control technology in the construction phase of the mine,and the safety precautions of minor risk were formulated,and the effect of the actual control was evaluated.In this thesis,expert survey method was used to identify security risk,qualitative and quantitative methods were used for security risk evaluation.It and can be used as a reference for identification and evaluation of security risk in other mine construction or production management,and therefor has certain practical significance.
