Research On Safety Management Of Construction Project Of A Gas Station

With the rapid development of our country's economy and the continuous improvement of the people's living standard,the amount of auto ownership in China is increasing year by year,and the number of gas stations has also increased rapidly.Gas stations are generally built in a city with convenient traffic,which have a large scale,long construction cycle,complex construction process and high risk coefficient.In the construction process of the gas station,the safety risk is especially easy to appear.And once the accident happens,it usually causes great economic loss and even casualties.At the same time,there are few literatures on the safety management of gas station construction projects.Based on the importance of safety management in gas station construction projects in theory and practice,strengthening the safety management of gas station construction projects,finding explicit and recessive security problems,and putting forward a scientific and reasonable safety management scheme,is one of the effective measures to ensure the smooth progress of the construction projects of gas stations.Based on the importance of the safety management of gas station construction projects in theory and practice,this paper analyzes the status of the safety management research of gas station construction projects at home and abroad.Combined with the safety management theory of gas station construction projects,the A gas station construction project is divided into external condition safety unit,general layout safety unit,main installation safety unit and utility safety unit.The present situation of A gas station construction project is expounded,which main dangerous and harmful factors are identified.This paper analyzes the existing problems in the safety management of A gas station construction project,such as the need to adjust the investment of the safety management,the difficult landing of the safety system,the lack of safety awareness,the lack of sustainability of the safety management,the lack of legal guarantee for the personal safety of the employees and the poor coping ability of the emergency.And aiming at the existing problems,this paper puts forward the countermeasures for the safety management of the construction project of A gas station,such as the scientific allocation of security management funds,the implementation of the safety responsibility,the improvement of the safety awareness of the employees,the continuity of the safety management work,the legal guarantee for the personal safety of the employees,and the formulation of emergency emergency rescue plans.In order to provide a good reference for the whole gas station construction industry,and to promote the management level of the safety management of the construction projects of the gas stations in China.It is heipful to formulate relevant policies for the relevant management and supervision departments,to protect the legal rights and interests of the construction companies and participate in the construction projects of the gas stations.At the same time,it provides practical basis for rapid and mature development of safety management in construction field in our country.
