Gear transmission is a kind of cylindrical gear and gear meshing,has good interchangeability,convenient installation,high contact ratio,strong bearing capacity,low noise,easy to realize the lightweight device and other advantages,has broad application prospects in the field of energy equipment,transportation,aerospace,engineering machinery transmission etc..The precision machining method of surface gear is usually numerically controlled.Because of the complex shape and machining process of face gear,its key grinding technology has been monopolized abroad for a long time.The accuracy of grinding gear of American Boeing company can reach AGMA 12 level.In recent years,the mechanism research of face gear grinding has been carried out in our country,but the machining accuracy is about 2 degrees lower than that abroad.The improvement of grinding quality has been a difficult problem in face gear manufacturing in China.In order to improve the precision of surface gear grinding,this paper studies the correction of the error of the tooth surface of the orthogonal face gear grinding.The main contents are as follows:The equation of surface gear tooth surface is established.The tooth surface equation of the face gear is established and deduced according to the machining method of the face gear,the meshing principle of the gear and the differential geometry theory.The face gear pair is visualized with MATLAB and PROE,and the3 D model of face gear is established.This is the basis of studying the correction of the tooth profile error of the face gear.The relationship between the grinding position and the effect of the kinematic pair error on the sphenoidal grinding wheel of face gear is analyzed.According to the grinding principle of disc grinding wheel and the motion state of the grinding wheel and the face gear,the position coordinate system and the position transformation matrix of the grinding wheel and gear blank are established,and the gear face equation of the face gear containing machine parameters is obtained.Through the construction model of the gear grinding machine and the identification equation of the tooth surface error,the influence of the three main kinematic errors of the grinder on the gear tooth profile error is analyzed.The sequence error of tooth surface is modified by two times programming method and the analysis of differential surface method.The tooth surface error recognition andcorrection equations were solved by analysis of the sequence of two quadratic programming method,the error is compared with the least squares solution results,least squares method to solve the lack of verification;through the description and establishment of face gear surface,analysis of the influence of machine tool adjustment parameters on tooth surface error,verify the feasibility of surface error correction machine the adjustment of parameters across the gear tooth.The coordinates of grid nodes are solved and the tooth surface error is measured and analyzed.According to the tooth surface equation of the face gear and the mesh division of the tooth surface,the theoretical coordinate value of the mesh node of the tooth surface is obtained.Three coordinate measuring technology of face gear tooth surface error,the difference surface method,measurement and analysis of the actual tooth machine parameter adjustment before and after finishing surface relative to the theoretical tooth surface of the tooth surface error,the results show that the gear parameters after finishing machine tool error relative to the machine tool parameter adjustment to small.
