With the development of the economy and society,the growth of urban population and the improvement of the people's living standard,the amount of municipal solid waste(MSW)in China has been rising year by year.The environmental pollution problems caused by the random placement or improper handling of the municipal solid waste have seriously affected the quality of people's life and the construction and maintenance work of the city's appearance.If effective management measures are not taken as soon as possible,a large amount of municipal solid waste(MSW)will have a more adverse impact on the ecological environment,and even hinder economic development.As one of the most popular environmental sanitation vehicles in China,van garbage trucks play an important role in environmental protection.And the core part of the van,the lifting mechanism,has a direct impact on the performance of the van,and the position of the control system is more important.However,the scale and output of related enterprises in China are very small,and the technology is relatively backward.Most of them are imported products.Therefore,in order to promote the development of China's garbage truck industry,it is necessary to develop a more automated lifting mechanism and its control system.First of all,First,this paper analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of the common types of lifting mechanism,and selects the D(or call)lifting mechanism as the research object,introduces its working principle and determines the related structural parameters,and sets up a mathematical model of the D lifting mechanism by using relevant theoretical knowledge.The characteristics are calculated and analyzed.Secondly,the dynamic simulation analysis software SIMPACK is used to simulate the modeling of the dynamic model of D lifting mechanism.The results of dynamic analysis are compared with the main evaluation parameters of lifting mechanism,and the structural optimization is carried out to make the design requirements ful.Then,the function of the D lifting mechanism control system is analyzed and studied.The overall scheme of the lifting mechanism control system is formulated.A 32 bit Internet and Ethernet type STM32F107VCT6 control chip which is introduced by the Italian semiconductor company is selected.The circuit design is carried out in the sub module.Then,the software development of control system is carried out in the same module,the related program control code is written and the subprogram is encapsulated by function.Finally,the design of the whole software structure is completed by using the main program to call each module subroutine.Finally,the simulation experiment is used to verify the performance requirements of the lifting mechanism control system,and the experimental results show that the control system developed in this paper has achieved the expected goal.
