Coal mine production safety risk assessment is a key means and source for enhancing the safety risk of coal mine systems and evaluating the safety situation of coal mine production processes.It is in a crucial position in the coal mine safety management system.In order to ensure the safe production of coal mines,to prevent or reduce the occurrence of coal mine accidents fundamentally,to comprehensively enhance the safety measures of coal mines,it is necessary to scientifically and rationally conduct systematic safety risk assessments,which can enable coal mine enterprises and supervision The department further understands the safety risk of the mine and evaluates it.After the assessment,it plans the production work as a whole.In addition,the security risk assessment can also solve the hidden dangers of the enterprise in a targeted manner.Based on the existing safety risk assessment theory as a guide,we have established a coal mine production safety risk assessment system that includes both a scientific and effective assessment indicator system and a practical risk assessment with simulated feedback production mode.This system is the actual.The production and life provided a theoretical basis and realistic basis.This article is based on China's coal mine production system.The first-level indicators are composed of six elements,namely the selection of inherent safety risks of coal mines,personnel equipment safety risks,safety risks,technical equipment guarantee safety risks,environmental safety risks,and management safety risks;The indicator consists of 37 elements,namely the mine productivity and the average education level of employees.The security risk assessment index system is classified according to the affiliation.Taking the theoretical knowledge of safety risk assessment as the starting point,the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method and the analytic hierarchy process are selected as he two main research methods.By determining the set of coal mine safety risk factors and the evaluation judgment matrix,determine the coal mine safety risk evaluation Index matrix to determine the total score of coal mine safety risk evaluation index matrix and coal mine safety risk assessment.Based on the above,a simulated production form of coal mine safety production risk assessment was established.For example,Shuangshan Coal Mine analyzed the safety risk assessment in practical applications.The assessment report showed that the total safety risk assessment value of Shuangshan Coal Mine was 81.48.The value is at the "medium risk" level,which is a relatively safe production method.The coal mine safety risk assessment index system and the scores after the safety risk assessment of the simulated production form can indirectly show the actual safety factor and risk degree of the coal mine,and further effective measures can be taken to reduce the risk occurrence rate.The final result of the evaluation report completed the expected goal,accurately reflected the actual situation of the enterprise,and provided an effective basis for reducing coal mine safety risks.
