As the core link in human resources management,performance appraisal and incentive mechanism play an important role in the development of human resources in enterprises.Whether large enterprises or small and medium enterprises attach great importance to assess the work conditions and performance of employees in order to continue to enhance the enthusiasm of staff and create the potential to achieve the strategic objectives of the organization,which is the common concern of all businesses at home and abroad.The rationality and scientific performance management can help enterprises to improve organizational performance,help managers improve their management level,save management costs,avoid embarrassment caused by performance underground,and promote continuous improvement of employees.Enterprises and employees can achieve win-win situation situation.In enterprise human resource management,middle-level leadership,as the executor of high-level decision-making and grass-roots work organizers,is an indispensable backbone of an enterprise.Through scientific and reasonable performance appraisal and incentive mechanism,can it improve its working efficiency.How to construct a scientific and reasonable mid-level leadership performance appraisal and incentive mechanism has become an urgent issue for the contemporary enterprise.This paper takes mid-level leadership performance appraisal and incentive mechanism of Hainan Guoyuan Company as the research object,and conducts research on the methods of literature review and questionnaire survey.The paper analyzes the performance management of Hainan Guoyuan Company Incentive mechanism of the problems in the analysis,and KPI as the core to build a more reasonable performance appraisal and incentive mechanism.KPI-based performance appraisal and incentive mechanism refers to the process of achieving the performance appraisal goal based on the scientific and reasonable definition of KPI.With KPI as the core,a set of performance appraisal system suitable for the development of the enterprise is constructed.Successful performance management can not only improve the human resource management level of the enterprise,but also promote the individual development of the staff.The full text is divided into seven parts altogether:The first part is an introduction,explaining the research motivation,purpose,chapter structure,the problem to be solved,the scope of the study,and defining related terms and concepts;The second part is the literature review,the analysis of KPI-related theory,lay the theoretical foundation for the later research;The third part analyzes the status quo of middle-level leadership performance evaluation of Hainan 'Guoyuan Company by means of questionnaire survey.The fourth part is based on the KPI to analyze the existing problems of mid-level leadership performance appraisal and incentive mechanism of Hainan Guoyuan Company.The fifth part is the design of performance evaluation system of mid-level cadres of Hainan Guoyuan Company.The sixth part puts forward the safeguards of the performance evaluation plan of Hainan Guoyuan Company.The seventh part includes conclusions and deficiencies.
