Lean Production Management In YT Chemical Production Process

In the development of modern chemical enterprises,how to improve the level of production management,the quality management,the cost management and schedule management has become the key to enhance the core competitiveness of enterprises.The production management of chemical enterprises has its own characteristics,it is greatly influenced by technology,and it has strict requirements in the production process.Safety production and product quality guarantee are important production management objectives.This paper Takes YT chemical company as the research object,studies the current situation of production management and probes into the application path of lean production management.In practical application and site analysis,give full consideration to the actual production situation and characteristics of chemical enterprise,systematic understand the current existing problems in the production management of YT chemical company by means of practical investigation,then put forward the corresponding solution measures to solve these problems.Propose optimization measures from the factor of equipment resources,technical aspects and human resources.At the research,first of all,the related concepts and theories of lean production are introduced.Then,the current situation and existing problems of YT chemical company’s production management are analyzed.On this basis,the application of lean production in the production management of YT chemical company is expounded.Finally,the research conclusions are made.It is found that there are still some prominent problems in the production management of YT chemical company,such as the production efficiency needs to be improved,the field management is chaotic,the systematic quality management system is not systematic,and the cost management measures are not effective enough.In view of the existing management of the production of YT chemical company problems,combined with the actual situation,this paper puts forward the application strategy of lean production management,and introduces lean production management tools,such as QCC quality management,5S management and so on.what’s more,simplified and optimized the production process,improve production efficiency,establish a comprehensive cost management mechanism in cost management so as to eliminate waste.
