Shenhua Ningxia Coal Industry Corporation Limited 4 Mt/a CTL Project File Management Research

Project file is precious treasury of an enterprise,since it records the whole working process and supports the sustainable growth of the corporation.In the past,project management was separated from real-life project,which had been an obstacle for further innovation of company.Therefore,innovated philosophy and solutions are the priorities for project management.In this article,the author firstly states classical and latest theories of project management by foreign and domestic scholars.Secondly,the case of Shenhua Ningxia Coal Industry Co.Ltd.4 Mt/a CTL ProjectFile Management is analyzed.It indicates that the project file management for that case is extremely challenging with its large variety,strong professionalism,large number of participants,etc.Thirdly,the author figures out various problems according to practical work,including defects in organization management,quality control and information management.In the end,exercisable countermeasures,such as to reduce the redundant formalities during approval process and to enhance the usage of technology in file management,are proposed to improve effectiveness and efficiency of project file management.
