The traditional process design of the sheet metal stamping parts is often designed by the experience of the engineers,and then the model test die is carried out.The process design process has a high requirement on the experience of process engineer,and the process of repairing the die may cost a lot of manpower and material resources.Based on this,the finite element software is used to intervene the design of the workpiece forming process,and the related technology of process parameters in the forming process is optimized by the relevant optimization methods.Through the research on the plastic forming theory,the key technology of material forming,the finite element analysis theory and so on,the muti-position forming process of the seat support plate forming is designed.The drawing forming and the flanging forming which are taking the high risk of defects in forming process are analyzed by the finite element analysis software AutoForm.During the analysis process,the four main parameters in forming process,such as edge force,friction coefficient,stamping speed and the gap between the convex and concave die were optimized by response surface method.With the best parameters,the maximum thickness reduction rate and the maximum thickness reduction rate are significantly reduced,which effectively solve the problems in the process of seat support plate forming.At the same time,the method of orthogonal experiment is used to optimize the problem of excessive rebound in the flanging forming process,which the edge force,friction coefficient,stamping speed and gap of the concave die were set as the orthogonal test factors.The orthogonal experimental which with four factors and four levels is designed to optimize the factors and get the optimal parameters.Finally,the quality of the actual product is in good agreement with the finite element simulation results,and the rebound is obviously reduced.By the optimized forming process,taking the drawing die of the seat plate drawing die as an example,the 3D modeling software UG8.5 is used to design each type of die structure by the design standards and principles.The die components such as the punch,the die and the press surface in the drawing die and the flanging die are designed,and the die assembly drawing is completed and the actual debugging is completed.
