Training is an important means of promoting the improvement of enterprise human resources quality and keeping competitiveness.It has become a significant module of human resources management.Safety training is a project that cannot be ignored in enterprise training.The process of industrialization has promoted economic development.However it also brings the problem of safety production at the same time.Safety accidents caused by factors such as the low quality and backward concepts of employees have happened frequently.Safety training is an effective way to improve quality of employees and protect their safety.After training,the quality of employees can be improved,their behavior can be regulated,what can make the enterprise free from the loss of reputation and property because of the accidents,thus indirectly promoting the development of enterprises.In this paper,the object was focused on the Z Chemical Company.For the past few years,frequent safety accidents have occurred in this company due to insufficient attention to safety training,which have resulted in heavy losses.There is a great relationship between the accidents and lack of safety training in this company.Based on this,the safety training system of the company was optimized and improved in this paper.The methods of literature research,employee interview and questionnaire survey were used in this paper.Combined with relevant training theories and learning theories,the actual situation and problems of Z chemical company safety training system were studied.Then diagnosis and analysis of the problems were carried out from the aspects of training management,resource allocation and training operation.And optimization measures were put forward.Among them,in terms of system and management,put forward measures to improve the existing management mechanism.Some suggestions were put forward for curriculum setting and teachers' training to meet the demands of employees and to promote the improvement of the teachers' ability in the field of safety training in the company.In terms of training implementation,enriching demand survey methods to help training managers get more accurate training demands was advised.Suggestions for improving demand analysis section were also studied.Moreover,optimizations of training implementation were considered including selecting effective training methods and setting up differentiated training contents,which could make training programs more targeted.At last,in the training evaluation stage,the existing training evaluation system were improved.The training effectiveness would be more realistically evaluated through a deep-level safety training evaluation.Finally,from the four fields of safety training idea,organization guarantee,cultural atmosphere and training input,some suggestions were proposed.Thereby,safety training implementation and training effectiveness improvement of the Z chemical company have been optimized,that could help the company get on the track of healthy development.
