At present,the comprehensive mining and safety training work under coal mines is generally completed through the operation training and safety training of words and two-dimensional drawings.In such a training mode,the underground workers can not establish an intuitive feeling for the actual working conditions,equipment operation and underground emergency safety treatment,and it is difficult to achieve the expected training purpose.The comprehensive mining and safety training based on VR technology can give full play to the three characteristics of VR technology,namely,immersion,interaction and imagination,making the trainees more intuitive,convenient and efficient to be familiar with the underground situation and improve the ability of emergency safety handling.In the process of comprehensive mining and safety training in coal mines,all the trainees get the most intuitive learning effect through vision.The whole training process is virtual because of VR technology,without any safety hazards,and greatly reduces the equipment loss and field maintenance cost of field training.Based on this,this paper studies the case of comprehensive mining and safety training in Dongbaowei coal mine as follows:First of all,from the three aspects of constructivism learning theory,learning transfer theory and mind flow theory,the theoretical basis of VR technology in coal mine comprehensive mining and safety training is constructed.Secondly,the paper analyzes the typical problems of the existing comprehensive coal mining and safety training,analyzes the feasibility of the design of the comprehensive coal mining and safety training platform based on VR technology from three aspects of technology,economy and society,and designs the system structure and the framework of the functional modules of the comprehensive coal mining and safety training platform based on VR technology.Thirdly,the paper analyzes the current situation of comprehensive mining and safety training of Dongbaowei guard coal mine in Shuangyashan.In the demand analysis,it analyzes the overall demand,software demand,hardware demand,functional demand and non functional demand,and then completes the interface design of Dongbaowei case.Finally,the development tools of Dongbaowei case design are selected,including 3Ds Max,unity3 D and HTC vive head display.The modeling results of VR virtual scene in this paper are given from three aspects: working face support,transport inclined lane and return inclined lane.VR modeling of shearer,scraper conveyor,transfer machine,crusher,belt conveyor and other equipment is carried out.The VR test of comprehensive mining process and safety training is carried out for the old and new employees of Dongbaowei.The results show that the VR system constructed in this paper has brought significant improvement in equipment operation,scene experience,safety training and other aspects.
