China is the largest producer and consumer of coal in the world.It is also the country with the largest emissions of sulfur dioxide and nitrogen oxides.The exhaust gases from the industrial process are the primary pollutants in the atmosphere of our country.In response to national policy and solve this problem.The application of desulfurization and denitrification in China is becoming more and more widely used in industrial plants.In this paper,I investigated and studied a demonstration project named Shaan Xi Coal and Chemical Industry Integrated Desulfurization and Denitrification Project of 4 x 240t/h Coal-fired Boiler In Pucheng.At the same time,the specific application methods of desulfurization and denitrification technology at home and abroad are collected and understood.Finally,it is discussed how to effectively control and solve the pollution problem through ventilation system in the industrial factory building with desulfurization and denitrification technology to ensure the safety of the factory area.In addition,according to the author's actual experience in the project,this paper lists the three problems encountered in the design and construction process,and describes the final solution.Taking these practical engineering problems as an example,the ventilation system of desulphurization and denitrification integrated engineering project is indirectly described.The conclusion that:(1)In chemical enterprises that use desulfurization and off-selling technology,factories that produce more toxic gases and generate positive pressure should not be equipped with emergency new wind systems.Instead,a fully enclosed exhaust h ood should be installed to avoid the leakage of toxic gases such as sulfides,nitrides and ammonia.(2)Local ventilation system must be installed for the same type of particulate matter generating plant as for the by-product recycling plant of this project.If the conditions do not allow for local ventilation system,air change rate of the plant must be increased by 10% at least.(3)For closed plants(such as substations)with more heat dissipation and more indoor equipment,the design can not only calculate the amount of exhaust air and select ventilation systems according to the heat dissipation,but needs to increase the ventilation equipment that promotes indoor air flow.To avoid local heat accumulation.
