As the pillar industry of China's economic development,the refining industry rankssecond among the six high energy consuming industries in China.With the rapid development of our economy,the demand for refined products is increasing,and energy shortage is already a major global problem,how to improve energy efficiency and reduce energy consumption is an important issue that we need to solve urgently.With the development of society and the progress of science and technology,the conception of sustainable development is gradually rooted among the people deeply,in recent years,our country has proposed the goals of building a resource-saving and environment-friendly society,refining industry as a high energy consuming industry,its energy saving and consumption reduction have great significance to the realization of the goal of building a resource-saving society in China.Refining production is a continuous and complex production process,and ensuring its safe and stable production under optimal conditions is conducive to energy saving,improve energy efficiency and economic efficiency.Therefore,for the lack of systematic and scientific energy efficiency evaluation system,the low accuracy of abnormal diagnostic and the low systematic optimization in China's oil refining industry,the text is based on the research background of the National 863 Project “Monitoring,Evaluating and Optimizing Control Technology and System for Energy Efficiency in the Petrochemical Industry”.A complete,scientific,and systematic energy efficiency assessment system is established from the equipment level,process level to system level,and an abnormal condition diagnosis model is established for key indicators.Finally,the conversion rate index of the energy consumption product of the heating furnace is optimized.The main research work is as follows:(1)To solve the problems of the scientific and systematic insufficient of energy efficiency assessment in refining industry,firstly,the three level energy efficiency evaluation index system of equipment level,process level and system level is established,according to the data collected at the scene,each index is calculated and evaluated.Secondly,consideration from the perspective of the whole system,the input-output model is established by the prediction error method.,the raw material input,product output and energy consumption of the whole production process are assessed from a systematic perspective.Finally,combine the two methods to form a scientific and systematic energy efficiency evaluation system.(2)For the problems of the low accuracy and insufficient real-time in the diagnosis of abnormal conditions in refinery production,based on the key indicators of evaluating energy efficiency,combine the technique analysis with the data analysis.The abnormal condition diagnosis model is established by IPSO optimized SVM-BOXPLOT method,the model can find the time of abnormal operating conditions occurred and the change status of monitoring sites accurately and timely.It can provide accurate and detailed information for exception handling to ensure the safety and stability of the production process.(3)For the problem of systematic deficiency in refining production optimization,The conversion rate of unit energy consumption of atmospheric furnace is optimized in this paper.Under the condition that the output of atmospheric products is higher and more stable,the comprehensive energy consumption of atmospheric furnace is reduced and its stability is improved,so as to achieve energy saving and energy efficiency.
