As emerging products of railway transportation,high-speed railway greatly promote the passenger transportation in our country,showing the advantage of theimprovement in transportation conditions and the characteristics of its high speed,high density,and big capacity.It is these characteristics that determine the worst effects of the high-speed railway accident.Therefore,how to improve the ability of high speed railway emergency response has become the hot topic of railway departments.In recent years,with the gradually improve of China’s high-speed railwayemergency rescue system,railway emergency departments has formulated a series of practical and feasible technical schemefor the prevention and early warning ofthe high-speed operation accident.However,the post-disaster relief still hasa lot of defectsand the railway emergency departments mainly deal withthe disaster by means of the single training and the practice whose effect is not obvious for rescue workers.This way lack the support of advanced theory and can’t have an intuitive cognition for the disaster and rescue process,so it is difficult to guarantee the science and efficiency of rescuewhen the real disaster comes.For the realization of the standardized,scientific,accurate and rapid emergency rescue process,this paper have conducted a research based on multi-agent rescue technologyfor the major accident aid after disasters of high speed railway depending on the key project of science and technology research and development program of China railway corporation "railway security key technology research,theory and practice of high-speed railway security research"(project number: 2015Z002).Firstly,we introduce multi-agent theory and technology to the high speed railway major accident aid after disasters and conducting the research of high speed railway major accident rescue operation process simulation based on the multi-agent rescue simulation platform.Next,we analysesmulti-Agent collaboration rescue mode for the process of high speed railway major accident aid and improve the rescue efficiency through the optimization of algorithm.Finally,through theanalysis of a high-speed rail station of emergent disaster and post-disaster relief for a high-speed line major accident case,the efficiency and the scientific nature of high speed railway rescue simulation is proved.The final results show that basing on themulti-agent rescue simulation platform,firstly,the high speed railway rescue simulation have a higher rescue practicability and efficiency tothe real rescue processand can save a lot of drill cost.Secondly,it canprovide technical support and scientific guidance for high speed railway operation line and key station disaster relief activities.Once more,it also has a great promotion for the training of aid workers.Lastly,by optimizing the aid policy,it can improve the efficiency and achievements of the railway rescue drill and reduce the frequency of railway emergency department rescue drillto some extent,thus reducing for rescue personnel damage and property losses in Rescue drill.
