Research On The Production Tracking Technology Of Amusement Facilities For Digital Factories

The establishment of digital factories is the current trend of manufacturing industry.Rides the production workshop process records,in the product quality inspection of parts information depend on the staff manual collection and input system,inefficient,and prone to human error,may cause the production plan can timely feedback,unable to effectively deal with the accident,and so on and so forth.Amusement facilities complex structure,field operation in the event of key parts of damage,must contact manufacturer to solve it,and amusement facilities manufacture enterprise internal information traceability system has not been effective components.Based on some amusement equipment manufacturing enterprise as the background,first of all,amusement equipment parts and components manufacturing and inspection process was described,and the typical mechanical parts transmission shaft as an example of the machining process are analyzed,and sums up the amusement facilities production tracking digital requirements: the lower level of amusement facilities,production workshop digital parts production process is multifarious,information tracking rely on artificial to complete,need to track the use of advanced methods for automated production;However,the multi-variety and small-batch production mode of amusement facilities makes it difficult to trace parts' information.Therefore,amusement facilities manufacturing enterprises need to take certain measures to solve the problem of parts' traceability.For amusement equipment spare parts production tracking requirements,in this paper,the artificial bar code information collection,information collection,QR QR code information acquisition and RFID information acquisition methods are analyzed and compared,and according to the characteristics of amusement equipment manufacturing,determine the production tracking data acquisition scheme: inside the production workshop,using RFID technology to parts tracking process flow;In the operation site of amusement facilities,the QR code technology is adopted to trace the parts information.At the end of this paper,the concept of material batch list management is introduced,and the quality information traceability model of parts and components of amusement facilities is established.And useing the Python programming language,based on B/S structure,using RFID and QR code identification amusement equipment parts,amusement facilities,production workshop was designed and implemented internal tracking process flow visualization management and QR code parts information tracing system.
