In this paper, technique characteristics of the key devices of imported NEUMAG PET staple device such as spinning beam, spinning pack, quench, oiling system has been analysis thoroughly. Check the process control in detail. In addition the device has back against back layout, rectangle descend pack type, unique oiling system and larger finishing productivity. It draws a conclusion that the device has flexibility in process and has space to enlarge yield. At the same time according to analysis of spinneret we redesign the spinneret increase the holes from 3600 to 4000. Carried on single spinneret experiment. Studied process parameter such as temperature and speed of quench, content of oil. Optimized other process parameters such as roller, speed draw ratio, spinning temperature and etc. Using redesigned spinneret the device realizes the target to enlarge yield by ten percent successfully. Melt received increase 17 tons per day. Equipments run smoothly. Quality of stable is stability.
