With the adjustment of economic structure and upgrading of industrial structure,the actual demand of enterprises has changed.In order to adapt to the development of the times and cultivate applied technical talents,secondary vocational schools are actively carrying out educational reform.According to the teaching concept of ability standard,it pays attention to the effective integration of the integration of theory and reality,emphasizes the systematization of the work process and promotes the comprehensive application ability of the students.This paper first introduces the background,purpose and significance of the research on the development of teaching materials,expounds the development trend of secondary vocational education at home and abroad,and analyses and compares the existing "NC processing technology and programming" textbooks in Jilin.Secondly,through the investigation and analysis of the medium and small enterprises in the machinery manufacturing industry of Jilin and the secondary vocational education schools in Jilin Province,the core concept of the teaching material development is defined.The development ideas and methods of teaching materials are identified,the specific development steps are stated,the principles of textbook development are established,and the structural system of teaching materials is determined.Thirdly,the theoretical basis of the teaching material development is determined,and the contents of the teaching materials of NC processing technology and programming are selected according to the concept of ability based education and the concept of task driven education,and the content of the theoretical knowledge of the textbooks is determined.Then,the discussion teaching method and task based teaching method are introduced in the design of the practical teaching method of NC machining technology and programming.The specific application of two practical teaching methods in the teaching process is discussed in detail.It embodies the teaching characteristics of the integration of theory and practice in secondary vocational schools,and highlights the teaching characteristics of competency based teaching.Finally,we reflect on the problems in the development of textbooks,and reflect on the contents and structure of textbooks respectively.The development of task driven teaching materials,combined with the needs of enterprises and the development of the times,explores a new way of secondary vocational and technical education reform.
