Aiming at the issue that it is difficult to express and transform the tacit knowledge of the molding of the CNC gear hobbing machine,the thesis has taken the extension theory as the instruction to mine,represent,transform,reuse the tacit knowledge of the molding of the gear hobbing machine or conduct the qualitative analysis and study on it.In addition,it has designed and implemented it.The research findings can provide the reference for the design of the molding of machine tool products in the future.Firstly,by connecting the semantic differential method(SD)and online survey method,the thesis has acquired style image words,somatosensory evaluation words and experimental sample graph of the CNC gear hobbing machine,and reduced and screened the representative words and sample graph.It has achieved the major molding factors of the representative sample graph by utilizing the analytic hierarchy process(AHP)and acquired the mapping relation between the representative sample graph and typical style image words with the first theory of quantification.Secondly,by adopting the extension analysis method to conduct the virtual and real conjugation analysis to the explicit and tacit knowledge of the CNC gear hobbing machine.In addition,it has constructed the mathematical representation model of matter element,affair element and relative element of the molding of the gear hobbing machine by utilizing the elementary molding principle.In accordance with the lozenge thinking method and extensive basic transformation table,it has extended and transformed the representation content of tacit knowledge of typical style image and key somatosensory evaluation of the CNC gear hobbing machine,so as to visualize the relevant tacit knowledge about the molding of the CNC gear hobbing machine in the design of the appearance.In the end,it has created the the design system of the molding of the CNC gear hobbing machine,which has provided 4 definite design directions for the drawing of the 2D sketch.This has further conducted the 3D molding and rendering to the sketch in the optimal direction and acquired the final design scheme.By adopting the optimal degree evaluation,experts have evaluated four schemes in accordance with the evaluation index and correlation function of the CNC gear hobbing machine and used JACK software to conduct the human-machine simulation verification to the scheme of the new CNC gear hobbing machine.The research findings not only improve the looks,safety,human-machine performance and interaction of the CNC gear hobbing machine and strengthen the brand style and the sense of visual quality of products,but also help with the adjustment of the molding,brand upgrade and the improvement of innovation capacity of the products of manufacturers of the CNC gear hobbing machine in the domestic.It has also contributed to the theoretical basis and design practice of the designing the molding of the CNC gear hobbing machine in the future.
