With the rapid development of China's economy and the implementation and strengthening of environmental protection laws and regulations,the emission standards of air pollutants in thermal power plants are more stringent.Notice of the Guangdong provincial development and Reform Commission "on the province's thermal power denitration project"(Guangdong can change [2008] 102),Guangdong provincial Environmental Protection Bureau of Guangdong province "power plants denitrification project implementation plan"(Guangdong ring [2011] No.3)file,and the recent state environmental protection departments have promulgated the "thermal power plant air pollutant emission standards" GB13223-2011 requirements,since July 11,2014,the existing coal-fired power boilers and gas turbines to perform nitrogen oxides 100mg/m3 limits.Therefore,it is very urgent to implement nitrogen and denitrification transformation project and emission control in coal-fired power plants with excessive emission of nitrogen oxides.This article is mainly through the analysis of risk identification,risk response and evaluation.First of all,the identification of various risk factors is given.From policy risk,management risk,construction risk and market risk,the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method is used to establish the system evaluation index system,and the proportion of each index is clearly defined and then the level is used.The analysis method evaluated the degree of membership,and finally used the project risk management theory to carry on the risk response and evaluation to the SJC power plant denitrification project transformation process,and put forward the risk prevention and accident emergency measures of the denitrification project.Finally,the effect of denitrification project risk management is evaluated,preliminary conclusions are drawn,and further suggestions are given..Through the research on the risk management of the flue gas denitrogenation project in SJC power plant,it can effectively reduce the engineering safety ring accident and improve the overall and effectiveness of the project safety management.It has a certain reference significance for the project of reducing the nitrogen oxide emission in domestic thermal power plants to reduce the comprehensive risk to the lowest possible level.
