Coal industry is China's energy pillar industry,is the basis of national economic development.Due to the large number of coal mine hazards,and with the increasing amount of mining,coal mine safety problems have become increasingly prominent,security incidents have occurred.Coupled with the special working environment of coal mines,coal mine safety production moment related to the lives and health of workers,in the event of an accident will cause great harm.Therefore,to strengthen the coal mine safety production,optimize the safety of production contingency plans to become an urgent need to solve the problem.Heilongjiang Province Long coal company's coal production is all downhole work,facing severe production safety situation,strengthen the emergency plan management is to prevent and reduce the accident,effectively improve the emergency response capacity of an important measure.This paper introduces the current situation of safety production in L Coal Mine Company.Based on the field investigation of the safety production of L Coal Mine Company,combined with the literature analysis method,the status quo of safety production in L Coal Mine Company is analyzed and the emergency plan is analyzed from the aspects of formulation,organization,implementation and guarantee of the contingency plan Management status quo,based on contingency plan management theory analysis of emergency plan problems,from hazard identification,analysis,emergency management system optimization,training and exercises,emergency knowledge training and emergency culture construction and other aspects of optimization recommendations to further optimize the L Coal Mine Emergency Plan management to improve the emergency management and emergency response capabilities of L Coal Mine Company and lay the foundation for sustainable development.
