Study On Safety Supervision Of Special Equipment In Township Area Of Heyuan City

In recent years,the number of special equipment has been increasing and widely used in many industries.It has become an important support to support the development of related industries and plays an increasingly important role in the development of national economy and society.But at the same time,because of the complex internal structure and changeable operating environment,special equipment has great potential safety hazards in practical operation,which can easily lead to major safety accidents,and with the increasing number of equipment,the risk of safety accidents will also increase.In order to reduce the incidence and hazards of special equipment safety accidents,China has steadily increased its safety supervision,formulated and promulgated many laws and regulations related to the management of special equipment,and established a "national-provincial-municipal-county" four-level special equipment safety supervision mechanism.The incidence of special equipment accidents and the mortality rate of personnel in China have shown a downward trend.In recent years,with the strengthening of the security supervision of special equipment at the district and county levels,the grass-roots supervision ability,mainly in districts,counties and towns,plays an increasingly important role in the national special equipment safety supervision system.But at the same time,the township grass-roots supervision force is still facing many problems in the safety supervision of special equipment due to the influence of mechanism system,traditional concept,personnel allocation and other factors.How to improve the safety supervision mechanism system,enrich the grass-roots supervision force,and innovate the safety supervision mode has become an important part of the grass-roots special equipment safety supervision.This paper focuses on the safety supervision of special equipment in Heyuan County and Township Areas.Firstly,through consulting a large number of domestic and foreign research materials,the research direction and main contents are defined,and the research status of safety supervision of special equipment at home and abroad is summarized;secondly,the core concepts and theoretical basis involved in the research are elaborated in detail;secondly,the basic situation of equipment is described.Based on the detailed analysis of the basic situation and safety supervisionstatus of special equipment in Heyuan County of Guangdong Province from the aspects of safety supervision agencies,safety supervisors and accidents,the main problems existing in the current safety supervision of special equipment in Heyuan County and Township Areas and the causes of these problems are discussed in detail;and then through the analysis of other provinces and municipalities.The comparative analysis of typical cases of special equipment safety supervision at grass-roots level reveals the common and individual problems faced by special equipment safety supervision at present in domestic Township areas.Finally,in view of the problems in the above analysis,we should strengthen the awareness of risk prevention,improve the supervision system and mechanism system,innovate the safety supervision mode,enrich the team of supervisors and encourage the active participation of society,and so on.Specific suggestions and measures are given in order to provide reference value for solving the problems of safety supervision of special equipment in township areas and enhancing supervision capacity.
