In recent years,the intelligent manufacturing trend led by industrial robots has brought new opportunities and challenges to the manufacturers of various functional components in China.In order to improve the current situation,which functional components in China rely on imports for a long time,it is urgent to improve the existing gear shaper to meet the precision requirements.In the process of inserting teeth,the strict transmission ratio is maintained between the tool and the workpiece,and the transmission ratio is guaranteed by the transmission chain,so the transmission error of the gear shaper has an obvious influence on the machining precision.Through the theoretical analysis and actual testing of the transmission chain error of the gear shaper,the methods and measures to reduce the error are proposed or the error is compensated directly,so as to improve the tooth inserting machine precision and the overall machining level.In this paper,the drive chain of two rotary shafts of a CNC gear shaper is taken as the research object,and the following work has been carried out.The transmission error detection system is researched and developed for the precision gear machining gear shaper in the aspect of the detection of the rotation error of the transmission chain of the gear shaper.The system theory of subdivision method based on counting,through hardware circle grating sensor and data acquisition device,the use of VB language supporting data processing software,data acquisition errors of two rotary gear shaper cutter shaft and worktable shaft,and through the graphic drawing software module will be directly displayed error.In the analysis and compensation of gyration error of the gear shaft,the rotary error formula and the maximum rotation error formula and the worktable are deduced through the analysis of each transmission part of the transmission chain.At the same time,considering the influence of various factors such as radial runout,axial movement and cumulative pitch error,the relationship between the total transmission error of the CNC gear shaper and the YK5132 shaper is deduced.Finally,an example is analyzed for CNC gear shaper.In the aspect of improving the transmission accuracy,firstly puts forward some methods and measures to improve the transmission accuracy,especially introduces the method of NC compensation by SIEMENS 828 D CNC system,and introduced the method of error is detected after transmission error compensation,finally verify the feasibility of the compensation scheme.The result shows that after introducing the optimization of error compensation,the amplitude of rotation angle error is reduced from 45 "to 36",and the optimization rate is 20%.
