The whole beneficiation process of Cu-Pb-Zn poly-metallic sulfide ore is investigated in the present paper.The aim of this study is to obtain the reasonable beneficiation process,and to supply the scientific basis and data support for subsequent successive pilot test and industry test.This Cu-Pb-Zn poly-metallic sulfide ore is refractory ore.They are extremely complicated for the embedded properties of copper,lead and zinc minerals,especially for blende.Copper and zinc sulfides are distributed in quartz gap mainly in the form of fine vein and sparsely disseminated structure.Raw ore has a high mica content.Mica exhibits good floatability,which could severely interfere with the floatation of copper,lead and zinc minerals,and greatly affect the qualities of copper,lead and zinc concentrates.This results in beneficiation difficulty of the Cu-Pb-Zn poly-metallic sulfide ore.According to above ore characters,the following reagent regimes are made.(1)Collector BP,a good selective collector for chalcopyrite,is adopted to ensure the recovery rate of copper and the quality of copper concentrate.(2)The efficient inhibitors DM and GJ are used to restrain mica,which could reduce the impact of mica on the floatation of copper concentrate and achieve effective segregation of copper ore and mica in raw ore.(3)Combined inhibitor of sodium sulphide,zinc sulfate and sodium sulfite has a strong inhibiting effect on lead and zinc,which could ensure the low content of lead and zinc in copper concentrate and realize effective separation of copper and lead/zinc.An innovative floatation process is developed.(1)Advanced process of copper preferential flotation,lead rapid floatation and lead and zinc bulk floatation is applied to obtain qualified copper concentrate,lead concentrate and lead and zinc concentrate.(2)The separation of copper,mica and lead and zinc is achieved thorough two stages of copper rough floatation operation by copper preferential flotation technology.Scavenging is introduced into the stage of copper preferential flotation to rapidly remove large amount of mica and reduce the impact of mica on floatation.(3)Lead rapid floatation is innovatively added before lead and zinc bulk floatation,which not only obtains the qualified lead concentrate,but also does not affect the quality of subsequent lead and zinc concentrate,and increases the economic benefits of enterprise.The following test indexes are obtained through beneficiation process confirmatory experiment of refractory Cu-Pb-Zn poly-metallic sulfide ore.The copper,lead and zinc content of copper concentrate are 23.28%,7.13%,4.25%,respectively,and copper recovery rate is 76.22%.They are 0.71%,74.53%and 5.65%for lead concentrate,respectively,and lead recovery rate is 32.03%.They are 0.63%,33.74%and 17.59%for lead and zinc concentrate,respectively,and lead and zinc recovery rates are 47.87%and 80.20%,respectively.
