Research On ID Design Of Textile Machinery Product Based On Service Design Concept

With the continuous expansion of product competition and the development of service design concepts,many companies have gradually transformed into services.Textile machinery companies are no exception.The traditional textile product ID design mode is not entirely suitable for the new situation of service transformation of textile machinery enterprises.Market competition has gradually transformed from simple product competition to service competition.The concept of service design is slowly changing the traditional design concept of “pre-product and service support”.The focus of design shifts from the product to the user.In the process of product development,the service and product are combined,and the necessary design is added according to the process and content of the service.Industry 4.0 era has arrived and companies are creating greater value by providing users with some innovative and personalized services.Some well-known textile machinery enterprises in the world have gradually provided users with multi-faceted and multidimensional service experiences.However,this domestic textile machinery enterprise is not sufficiently aware of such services and is immature.Textile machinery enterprises urgently need a road that caters to market development.In view of the above problems,the paper mainly integrates the service design concept into the ID design of the textile machinery product,and then sorts out the related theories of the service design concept,analyzes the basic characteristics of the textile product and the user service experience journey,and taps the influencing factors about the ID design of the textile machine product.Finally,the design procedure and method,design principle and design evaluation method of textile product ID based on service design concept are put forward and verified by design examples.The study of this paper is of great significance to the development of service design concepts in the field of ID design of textile machinery products.By enhancing the quality of textile products and services,it will enhance the brand promotion and market competitiveness of textile machinery companies and provide the reference value for the certain product development of the textile machinery industry.
