Research On Intelligent Spice Box Design Based On Service Design Concept

This paper firstly studies the current situation of domestic and foreign seasoning box products,and analyzes the domestic market of the same type of products.It is concluded that traditional spice box products are turning to a more digital,scientific and intelligent development.Secondly,in the analysis of intelligent spice box products,it is found that the product design is more biased towards service,and it has good use value of its own hardware products,and it is used together with mobile application software.Can explore more potential needs of users and constantly iterate products.The main difference between smart spice box products and traditional spice box products is that they apply technology to product design,enhance product hardware design,and grasp the needs of users to customize personalized service processes.More additional feelings brought up to the psychological experience layer,reaching the psychological level of user experience,more attention to the needs of users,improve the service design process,to achieve the transformation of traditional products to service design.Secondly,browse a large amount of literature,analyze the definition of service design,and the difference between user experience and interaction design.Understand that service design system design is user-centered thinking.The design process and design method of service design are analyzed in detail.Through the design method of user role model,user experience flow chart,service system and service blueprint,the concrete implementation plan of service design concept is obtained.The study of design methods can be better applied to post-design practices.Through the overall grasp of service design,the system analyzes the design method,and applies the design example to study the intelligent spice box based on the service system.In the hardware design of the product intelligent spice box,the design of the spice box is integrated,which is convenient for the user to clean the seasoning box and find the pain point of the seasoning in the case of panic during cooking.Quantitative seasoning,to solve the user's grasp of the amount of poor seasoning,resulting in a pain point in cooking taste.Combine electric operation with manual control.Recommend recipes through online mobile application software,connect the data generation of the seasoning to the equipment,intelligently seasoning,and intelligently design the product.The mobile phone software exchanges and praises the sharing function to improve the product service design process.The multi-dimensional interaction between online and offline expands the new mode of intelligent spice box,verifies and constructs the service system,and proposes new ideas and new design methods for more design practices in the future.
