Construction And Evaluation Of Safety Production Standardization System For Road Transport Enterprises In Jilin Province

Road transport industry belongs to the high-risk industry of safety production.Safety production is a long-term basic policy of the country.It is the basic guarantee to protect workers' safety,health and national property,and promote the development of social productive forces.Therefore,it is of great significance to do a good job in safety production.In order to effectively prevent and reduce the occurrence of safety production accidents in road transport enterprises,the standardization system of safety production for road transport enterprises was established in Jilin Province in this paper.By introducing the concept and characteristics of safety production standardization system in road transport enterprises,the theoretical basis of establishing the standardization system was expounded in this paper,and the basic requirements of the standardization system and the factors of safety production were analysed.Then the process of determining the indicators of the standardization system was studied in the paper,the basis and process of determining the indicators were clarified,the construction process of the standardization system was designed,and the standardization system was divided scientifically.Then the paper studied the evaluation rules of safety production standardization in road transportation enterprises,elaborated the matters needing attention in the evaluation,determined the evaluation method based on the field evaluation method by comparing different methods,and finally made the primary selection of indicators based on the comprehensive method.The importance,necessity and completeness of the index rules were further improved based on Delphi method,the principle of great irrelevance,and qualitative analysis respectivly.Sixteen items of evaluation content were formulated,52 specific evaluation points were refined,and 124 points were scored.Finally,the paper evaluated the level of safety production standardization system of three representative road transport enterprises in Jilin Province,gave some suggestions for improvement according to the evaluation results,and it further demonstrated the feasibility and applicability of the standardization evaluation system for production safety of road transport enterprises in Jilin Province.
