The Evaluation Research On Safety Production Standardization Of Microenterprises

Microenterprises play important roles in optimizing and upgrading industrial structure,changing economic development pattern and promoting employment. For these reasons,microenterprises’ s unique positions in China’s social economic development are absolutely irreplaceable. Generally speaking, microenterprises cover a wide range of industries, sectors and territories, with common features of comparatively poor working environments, laggard security technology and low staff quality, accordingly vulnerable to high rates of production safety accident. This paper tries to research and design the evaluation index system of safety production standardization of the microenterprises, with empirical exploration of the safety construction of Nansha district; and furthermore to illustrates the significance of quantitative research of microenterprises standardization. In addition, this paper makes several comparisons between China and the other countries & regions on the standardization systems of production safety, and then elaborates the significance of establishing & implementing microenterprises standardization and provides the technology roadmap for microenterprises safety standardization evaluation index system. As to the case study of Nansha, this paper analyzes the safety production standardization development of microenterprises in Nansha district through figuring out the concrete problems and the caused reasons, on this base, this research presents the basic principle and methods for the evaluation system design. Finally,this paper finally fixs a security standardization evaluation index system for microenterprise including a set of three-level indicators, 15 secondary indices, 43 tertiary indices. The system not only comprehensively reflects the Nansha microenterprises safety production situation,but also provides effective guidance for the government’s regulation.
