The experiment study carried out on the product oil pipeline of sequential transportation can make clear of the complex flow and mass transfer mechanism of products,and verify the correctness and reliability of the volume of mixed oil and mixed batch interface position of numerical simulation in the batch transportation,thus making up for the deviation between the theoretical calculation and practical condition.Therefore,On the basis of a wide range of survey of the product oil sequential transportation research at home and abroad,according to the experimental requirements of the research,this paper designs a set of experiment system for simulating the product oil sequential transportation.The experiment platform can be used for the sequential transportation by water and brine under the simple and complex boundary conditions.At the same time,the mixed oil is detected by the self-developed detection device.The simulating product oil transportation experimental loop was designed which fully considered the functionality and safety factors in the process.The work of determining the experimental procedures,drawing the experimental program flow chart and equipment layout chart are carried out in the scheme of the experiment design.The parameters of flow and pressure are determined by hydraulic calculation which can help choose the type of pump and other experimental instruments.According to the calculation results,the volume of water tank,heating control system and data acquisition and automatic control system are designed.After the finish of the experimental loop building and debugging,the experiment study on the simple horizontal pipe are carried out.The experimental results show that the detection probe located at the center of the mixing tube of mixed oil detection device detect mixed oil changes first,and the mixed oil head trail relative to the long lag time of 22%.The detection probe near the pipe center detects mixed oil change time variation trends tends to be steep with the Reynolds number grow.The time difference between of the head of mixed oil interface is close to the end.Along the pipe cross section,the time difference detected by probe increases continuously,because the latter working liquid directly attached to the pipe wall is washed by the displace liquid.
