Rural Domestic Waste Management From The Perspective Of Public Value Conflict Research

Nowadays,environmental problems in rural China have become increasingly prominent,and dealing with the domestic garbage becomes the premise of rural environmental sanitation.However,due to the lack of management responsibility for a long time,serious lack of treatment facilities,effective rural domestic garbage pollution prevention and control system has not yet formed and other reasons leading to public value conflicts,so how to build effective Rural domestic refuse system has become an urgent problem.The purpose of this paper is to analyze the causes of public value conflicts in rural domestic waste management and find out the corresponding solutions through the study of the problems in rural domestic waste management.Taking the actual situation of S town as an example,this paper takes the public value conflict in the treatment of rural domestic refuse as the research object,takes the theory of public value conflict as the supplement,and comprehensively uses the methods of field investigation and literature research,systematically and thoroughly analyzes the whole process of S town domestic refuse treatment,as well as all links and elements.This paper analyzes the causes of public value conflicts in rural domestic waste from the aspects of public goods supply,the way of disposal of domestic waste,and the villagers' environmental awareness.On this basis,the paper refers to the advanced experience of Germany and South Korea,and gives suggestions on the aspects of laws and regulations and the supply of public goods.The author suggest that we should promote the transformation of government functions and enhance the environmental protection concept of farmers.Meanwhile,it is believed that the cooperative governance mode composed of the government,rural residents and their autonomous organizations can effectively solve the conflict of public values so as to control the rural domestic waste.
