Nitrogen oxide emissions from the cement industry are the third major pollution sources after the thermal power industry and motor vehicle emissions,due to the limit of nitrogen oxide emission from cement industry in China,cement plants are installed denitration equipment.The cost and benefit of different denitration facilities are different.For the denitration technology of different economic benefit and environmental benefits,it is difficult to make a choice.The analysis of cost benefit analysis of China's cement denitration technology is lack of comprehensive analysis,separates the economic and environmental benefits of denitration technology.For this reason,this paper introduces DEA to analyze the cost and benefit of denitration technology,the research summary is as follows:(1)Establish the index system for cost and benefit analysis of denitration technology in cement industry,the initial investment and the cost of maintenance and operation should be carried out,and also include the index of reducing the amount of nitrogen oxides.According to the principles of index building and actual denitrification process,five indicators of the cost and benefit of selection can represent the cement industry denitration technology respectively: the annual investment cost,reducing agent annual consumption cost,operation cost,the NO_x emission reduction and the ammonia escape.(2)Establish the extended DEA model of cement denitrification technology.According to the DEA analysis method,the model is established,and the DEA model with undesirable output is established.Based on the model with undesirable output,the extended aggressive cross efficiency model,the extended benevolent cross efficiency model and the extended weight based equilibrium model are established.Through the basic model with undesirable output,we can find the invalid scheme and the optimization method.The extended model can distinguish the equally valid decision units and reduce the influence of the basic model on the unequal distribution of weights.(3)Using the DEA model for practical analysis.Using the model to analyze the 8 typical denitration technologies,the cost and benefit of denitrification technology are comprehensively analyzed.The scheme is brought into three models respectively,and the invalid decision unit and the ranking of the alternatives are found.By analyzing the extended model,it is concluded that the extended equilibrium model analysis is more practical.The results show that the DEA method can make comprehensive analysis on the cost and benefit of denitration technology,the efficiency of the combined denitrati on technology of low nitrogen combustion technology and end treatment technology than the use of high technology in the end of treatment alone,using ammonia as the reducing agent than urea with high efficiency,the use of extended equilibrium model's analysis results is closer to the reality.Therefore,DEA method has great research significance and value when analyzing the cost-benefit of denitration technology...
