The Design Of The Mill Equipment For Repairing The Running Roller Of The Rotary Kiln

Rotary kiln,roller-type cooling machine and rotary drying machine are extensively used to burn,cool and dry raw materials in cement and metallurgy industries.Rotating machinery consists of cylinder,tire and roller,cylinder is supported by roller.The cylindricity of the roller surface directly affects rotary equipment's running.Tire and wheel's contact surfaces often appear uneven wear after the kiln's long-time running,which affects the uphill or downhill travel of shell,causes the friction high temperature of the roller's axle end,even may make heat damage to the bush and lead to the sudden stop of the kiln.So timely repairing of roller surface is highly important to insure the kiln's normal production and improve the equipment running efficiency.This paper proposes an efficient repairing scheme which is abrasive belt grinding by comparing the existing methods of roller's online repairing at home and board,preliminarily designs the mill equipment to online repairing the roller,the main contents are as follows:(1)It designs the overall scheme of abrasive belt grinder,which mainly includes abrasive belt grinding head,moving table,axial and radial guide way,tilt adjustment mechanism and vertical lift table.It determines the basic design parameters of abrasive belt grinder by analyzing the evaluation index and influencing factors of abrasive belt grinding,in addition,it chooses the proper type of the abrasive belt and its driving motor,designs the spatial position adjustment mechanism of abrasive belt.It choose horizontal and vertical guide sliding device.It establishes a three dimensional model of abrasive belt grinder,uses stress-strain analysis software to analyze the vital structure's stress deformation.(2)It designs a device that can online measuring the diameter of the rotary machine's roller,realizes the real-time diameter measurement in the grinding process of roller,which provides data for precisely adjusting the longitudinal guide way of the mill equipment.(3)The machining automation of the mill equipment is realized by using longitudinal linear motion guide,lateral sliding device with driving motor and motion controller.(4)It researches a method to online measuring the axis' s location of the rotary body,designs inclined mechanisms to adjust the device's longitudinal guide way and the axis of the roller to be parallel in space in order to make sure the mill equipment rightly installed.
