Rotary kiln is a large key equipment of building materials,metallurgy,chemical industry and other industries,it mainly consists of the shell,tyres and rollers.The roller and the tyre directly support and radial position the kiln,bearing the main load of the rotary kiln.The cylindricity condition of the roller' and the tyre' contact working surface directly affects the normal production and operation of the kiln.According to statistics,More than 60% domestic cement rotary kilns,the contact working surface of the roller and tyre appeared serious uneven wear,impede the normal axial movement of the kiln,increase operating power consumption,even case the friction high temperature of the roller shaft end,bearing heat burned,lead to a sudden stop kiln accident.Therefore,it is of great significance to repair the working surface of the roller and the tyre in time to ensure the normal production of the rotary kiln,increase the kiln operation rate and save energy.This paper compares and analysises the insufficiency of various on-line repairing equipments for rotary kiln at home and abord.an efficient repairing scheme based on abrasive belt grinding is proposed,and preliminarily designs the on-line repairing equipment for the roller and the tyre.The main contents are as follows:(1)Select the repair method.According to the structure,working conditions,and repair processing requirements of the roller and the tyre,the advantages and disadvantages of various types of rotary kiln on-line repair processing methods are analyzed and compared.The abrasive belt grinding is selected based on comprehensive considerations,used for on-line repairing the surface of the roller and the tyre.(2)Design the belt grinding device.Based on factors such as processing efficiency,grinding heat,etc.,The belt is selected and the key parameters for belt grinding and structural design are formulated.Then,the specific structure of the abrasive belt grinding device is designed,which mainly includes the design of the contact wheel,the driving wheel,the tensioning wheel and other components,assemble the components,and establish the overall three-dimensional model.(3)Design the overall constitution scheme of repair equipment.It mainly includes: the design of the feed control system,select the control guide rail,design the feedback compensation scheme,to realize high precision automatic feed contral on abrasive belt grinding device;the design of the position adjustment device,used for realizing the parallel between the X rail axis(axial feed direction)of repair equipment and the rotary axis of the workpiece being processed;the design of the detachable anti swing device,used for reducing the influence of the radial swing of the tyre in grinding process;and the vertical height adjustment scheme design.(4)Formulate the implementation scheme for grinding repair.First,develop the roller' and the tyre' surface defect measurement and diagnosis system of rotary kiln based on LabVIEW,to achieve the surface defect measurement of the running roller and tyre.Calculate the target size of processing,and formulate the grinding process plan.Then,study the installation and adjustment programs of repair equipment,including: the measurment of the roller' and the tyre' rotary axis,the measuring and adjusting program of the install position of the repair equipment.In the end,Adjust the position of the X guide rail to realize the axial feed direction running parallel to the rotation axis of the roller and the tyre being processed,so as to ensure the machining precision and efficiency of the grinding repair to the roller and the tyre.
