As a big textile country,China has a huge demand for textile raw materials.Optimizing the reused system of waste textiles and improving the evaluation system of reused textile fabrics for used textiles will help alleviate the shortage of resources in the textile industry,protect the environment,and promote sustainable development.At the same time,it also has certain reference value for improving and optimizing the application and development of waste textile recycling.This topic compares fiber and fabric from two angles to explore the physical properties of reused wool fiber and the performance characteristics of wool/polyester blend fabric.The fiber angle test reused fiber and raw wool fiber length,fineness,surface morphology and single fiber strength difference.The fabric angle was evaluated for durability,heat and moisture comfort,and appearance properties,respectively.At the same time,eight kinds of waste textiles and polyester blended fabrics were evaluated by KES fabric style tester,and the main factors affecting fabric style were obtained by principal factor analysis method,and the factors affecting fabric style were analyzed.Correlation analysis is used to correlate the main factors affecting the fabric style with the fabric specifications,and exploring the influence of different fabric specifications and parameters on the fabric style of reused fabrics.The results show that the loss rate of the waste fabrics of waste textiles is about18% lower than that of the original wool fibers;the average length loss rate of reused wool fibers is about 43%,and the short pile rate is 15.8%;the scales of wool fibers are used to complete the scales.Poor sex,serious damage.The loss of fiber mechanical properties leads to the durability of the reused wool blend fabric is lower than that of the original wool blend fabric,but the difference in the composition ratio of different fibers is different,and the difference in different durability performance indexes is different,the stiffness is slightly lower than that of the original wool blend fabric,and the two fabrics are There was no significant difference in relaxationshrinkage,wet expansion ratio,fabric wrinkle recovery and dimensional stability,and the hygroscopicity and antistatic property were slightly better than those of the original wool blend fabric.The above mechanical properties are all proved in the KES measurement results.In order to design and produce more purposeful guide style.
