| In the background of this “new normal” economy,foundational statue of ecological civilization construction in the regional social and economic development is more and more remarkable.The study of the ecological environmental problems is necessary to implement the scientific outlook on development,optimize the pattern of land development and make scientific regional planning.As the main body of the Central Plains Economic Zone,but there are more people and less lands,and the contradictions between population and resources,ecology as well as environment are striking.How to realize the coordinated development without costing the environment is the great problem that must be sloved in the process of sustainable development in Henan.Studying on ecological environmental carrying capacity evaluation of Henan province is to promote the coordinated development of social economic construction and ecological construction.The results can provide the basis for government decision-making department to establishment land planning scientifically.This paper,aiming at the problems in ecological environmental bearing capacity evaluation and avoiding the difficulty of threshold,put forward a new evaluation method of the ecological environment quality dynamic index method starting from the theory of ecological environment system.According to that method,this paper took Henan as studying area and used remote sensing technology and geographic information technology to evaluate the bearing capacity of ecological environment qualitatively and quantitatively.Conclusions can be drawn through this research as follows:(1)Ecological environmental quality index was 64.00 in 2011 in Henan and increased by 3.70 compared with 2004.It showed that from 2004 to 2011 the ecological environment quality developed towards a good direction.The ecological environment was loadable with a carrying capacity intensity index of 0.9902;The ecological environmental quality index will be 66.60 in 2020 in Henan Province and increase by 2.60 compared with 2011.The ecological environment will be loadable with a carrying strength intensity index of 0.9756.The ecological environmental quality index will be 69.30 in 2030 in Henan province and increase by 2.70 compared with 2020.The ecological environment will be loadable with a carrying strength intensity index of 0.9756 in 2030.(2)Ecological environmental quality indexes declined in Xinxiang and Xinyang in Henan Province.Ecological environment quality was superior in Nanyang and Xinyang,which meaned they were suitable for human survival.The ecological environment quality in other cities was good and they were basically suitable for human survival.Ecological environment quality indexes of 18 cities will be increased in 2011-2020.Ecological environment quality will be superior in Sanmenxia,Nanyang and Xinyang.The ecological environment quality in other cities will be good;Ecological environment quality will be superior in Luoyang,Sanmenxia,Nanyang and Xinyang in 2030.The ecological environment quality in other cities will be good,and ecological environmental quality indexes will increase compared with 2020.(3)Ecological environmental carrying capacity indexes of Xinyang and Xinxiang were 1.0137 and 1.0137 in 2011,they were in the mild overload state.Ecological environmental quality of Xinyang was best in the whole province,but it was in a state of degradation in 2004-2011,it showed that its carrying capacity was strong,but ecological environment will degrade if the development strength and method beyond its carrying capacity.Besides Xinyang and Xinxiang,ecological environmental quality indexes of the rest 16 cities were loadable.The ecological environment quality indexes of Anyang,Puyang,Jiyuan,and Jiaozuo were lower compared with other cities,carrying capacity were weak,but they were loadable.Planning period,Henan province emphasizes protection in development,puts forward the model of "three" coordinated development without harming the environment.According to the relevant planning,we can predict that ecological environmental quality of each city in Henan will be stable or increase slightly.They will be loadable with the carrying capacity indexes of less than 1.(4)Results show that ecological environment quality was superior in Luanchuan County,Song County,Lushi County,Nanzhao county,Xichuan County,Tongbai County,other counties in Xinyang except Huaibin County and Xixian County,which meaned they were suitable for human survival;Ecological environmental quality in 2020 will improve to superior in Ruyang County,Luoning County,Lingbao County,Shan County besides Counties(cities/areas)which were suitable for human survival in 2011;Ecological environmental quality in 2030 will improve to superior in Lushan County,Queshan County besides cities which will be suitable for human survival in 2020,ecological environment quality in the other counties(cities/areas)will be good..(5)All counties(cities/areas)in Kaifeng,Anyang,Hebi,Zhoukou,Luohe,Shangqiu,Xinyang and Zhumadian were mild overload in 2011 with overload indexes between 1.01and1.06.Ecological environment carrying capacity indexes of other counties(cities/areas)were between 0.98 and 1.0,showing that they were close to full load.All counties(cities/areas)in Henan will be close to full load in planning years.The ecological environment carrying capacity indexes will be between 0.96 and 1.0.It shows Henan emphasizes protection in the process of social and economic development and the planning are made on the premise of ecological environment protection. |
