The GABA of germinated brown rice is more than three times that of ordinary brown rice,and its rice bran's GABA is also at least three times more than ordinary rice bran.The production of rice in GABA will inevitably produce a considerable amount of rice bran rich in GABA,and how efficient and take full advantage of this valuable resource-rice bran rich in GABA,we have yet to explore and study.Therefore,the basic research of the rice bran rich in GABA added applications in the food and feed,not only to extend the use of GABA-rice bran and provide the basis for improving their use value,but also to provide technical support for rice rich in GABA technologies' s industrial development.The main contents and conclusions of this paper are as follows:(1)The the most important issue is the stabilization of rice bran to develope and utilize it.This paper intends to use the microwave,dry heat and moist heat methods to stabilize rice bran.the free fatty acid in rice bran content as the standard for comparative analysis,in order to get the better of rice bran stabilization method.The results showed that : The best time to moist heat method is 80 s,in 5 days the fatty acid value from 4.73 KOH mg/g rose to 6.84 KOH mg/g,rice bran fatty acids 80 s by heat treatment in the rate of change is to a minimum storage period.Microwave frequency is 600 W,40s processing time is better compared to the effect of other,fatty acid value from 4.33 KOH mg/g to 5.17 KOH mg/g in 5 days,rice bran's fatty acid after 40 s microwave treatment the rate of change in the storage period to a minimum.The best dry heat treatment conditions for the rice bran is 120 ?,40 min,fatty acid value of 5 days from 5.38 KOH mg/g to 7.61 KOH mg/g,rice bran fatty acid rate of change in this condition is to a minimum.Three stabilization between this method are compared with each other : microwave method has the shortest time,stabilizing the best,fatty acids value to minimize,the rate of change in the fatty acid is also the minimum,and less loss of nutrients.Poor method followed is moist heat and dry heat needs the longer the processing time required for the effect of treatment.(2)The application of rice bran rich in GABA to be added in foods.Add the rice bran according to 0,5,10,15,20% of the amount of flour in different proportions,to research the more appropriate content of rice bran rich in GABA in baked bread,bread and noodles.The results showed that: When the rice bran add proportion is15%,the baked bread's indexes are compared with not added rice bran baked-bread,relatively clos;added in an amount exceeding 15% deteriorates the quality of baked-bread,is not conducive to accepted;When the rice bran add proportion is higher 10%,the bread's quality decreased significantly,the best rice bran's added concent is in the range of 5 to 10%;When the noodles is without other additives,the amount of the 15% rice bran is suitable.(3)To research the effects of different levels of GABA on growth performance,respiration rate and rectal temperature in broilers under the high temperature in summer.One hundred and fifty Ai Wei Yin broilers at one-day-old were randomly divided into five groups of thirty each.These five groups were fed basal diet contained GABA according to a certain proportion,and the equivalent of the content of GABA in diet were 0(control group),25,50,75 and 100mg/kg,and test for 42 days.The results show that: in the diet to add just the right amount of GABA had obviously improved the average daily gain,average daily feed intake and feed conversion ratio,the levels 75,100 mg/kg is particularly notable(P <0.05),the 75mg/kg is best;GABA as a feed additive can slow respiratory rate of broiler chickens and lower rectal temperature,and the effects were enhanced with the increasing rice bran rich in GABA.(4)This paper aim to the effects of different levels of rice bran rich in GABA on growth performance,respiration rate and rectal temperature in broilers under the high temperature in summer.One hundred and fifty Ai Wei Yin broilers at one-day-old were randomly divided into five groups of thirty each.These five groups were fed basal diet contained rice bran rich in GABA acid according to a certain proportion,and the equivalent of the content of GABA in diet were 0(control group),25,50,75 and 100mg/kg,and test for 42 days.The results show that: in the diet to add just the right amount of rice bran rich in GABA had obviously improved the growth performance in broilers under the high temperature in summer,of which the 50~75mg/kg addition level were especially significant(P<0.05);Rice bran rich in GABA could be decrease the respiration rate and rectal temperature of broilers to some extent,and the effects were enhanced with the increasing rice bran rich in GABA and feeding time.
