In order to study the influence of soil factors on the quality characteristics of flue-cured tobacco in Guangyuan and the quality of tobacco styleregional division,the soil samples and flue-cured tobacco samples were selected from different tobacco growing areas of Guangyuan.Determination of p H in soil,the content of organic matter,alkali hydrolyzable nitrogen,available phosphorus,available potassium,and the analysis of changes in physical properties and chemical composition of tobacco leaves under these factors.Then main conclusions:(1)To the physical properties of tobacco: the leaf length,single leaf weight,stem weight of tobacco increased first and then decreased with the increase of p H,leaf width and tension stress decreased first and then increased;When the organic matter content increased,the leaf length and single leaf weight of tobacco decreased gradually,the leaf width decreased first and then increased,the stem weight increased first and then decreased,the tension stress increases first and then not changed;When the organic matter content increased,the leaf length and single leaf weight of tobacco decreased gradually,the leaf width decreased first and then increased,the stem weight increased first and then decreased,the tension stress increases first and then not changed;With the increase of the content of soil alkali hydrolyzable nitrogen,leaf length,leaf weight and tension stress decreased first and then increased,leaf width and stem weight increased first and then decreased;With the increasing of available phosphorus in soil,the leaf length,leaf weight,stem weight and tension stress increased first and then decreased,while leaf width showed a trend of decreased first,then increased and then decreased;With the increasing of potassium content in soil,the length and the tension stress of tobacco leaf increased first and then decreased,while leaf width,leaf weight and stem weight decreased continuously;(2)To chemical components of tobacco: total sugar and reducing sugar of tobacco decreased first and then increased with the p H increased,nicotine and chlorine content increased first and then decreased,the contents of total nitrogen,potassium and protein showed adecreasing trend;With the increase of organic matter content,the content of total sugar and reducing sugar increased,the total nitrogen and nicotine content decreased continuously,and the chlorine and potassium content increased first and then decreased.but the protein content decreased continuously;Under the influence of alkali hydrolyzable nitrogen content,the content of total sugar and reducing sugar decreased first and then increased,nicotine and chlorine content increased first and then decreased,but the content of total nitrogen,potassium and protein increased continuously.With the increase of phosphorus content,the content of total sugar,reducing sugar and chlorine decreased first and then increased and then decreased,while the total nitrogen decreased first and then increased,while the nicotine,potassium and protein increased continuously;With the increase of available potassium,the content of total sugar and potassium decreased first and then increased,while the content of reducing sugar decreased,the content of total nitrogen and protein increased,and the content of nicotine and chlorine increased first and then decreased.(3)Guangyuan tobacco growing area was divided into three categories based on the climate,altitude,soil type and texture,chemical components,sensory evaluation quality,aroma style and other factors,that is ? Zone,?Zone,? Zone.And the appearance quality,chemical components and sensory evaluation were evaluated,and the style was described according to the classification of tobacco flavor.After comprehensive evaluation of three tobacco areas,made the conclusion: the tobacco leaves in the ? Zone were the best,followed by I and II Zone.After separate evaluation,the best color and oil content in ? Zone,the ? Zone maturity and leaf structure were the best,the tobacco identity of ?Zone was the best.Comprehensive evaluation of chemical components: the ?Zone was the best,then the ? Zone,but ? Zone was the worst.The highest content of total sugar and reducing sugar in ? Zone.From sensory evaluation,? Zone was the best,then was II Zone and ? Zone.And the aroma and flavor of ? Zone was the best,and the softness,fineness and dryness of ? Zone was the best.Based on the results of previous studies and the results of this study,the main features of the tobacco flavor style in Guangyuan tobacco growing areas were preliminarily clarified: ? Zone was the smell of hay,sweet,spicy,fragrant,woody,grass incense,fresh and sweet,bean;?Zone was the smell of hay,sweet,spicy,fragrant,woody,grass incense,burnt-sweet,burnt,bean;? Zone was the smell of hay,sweet,spicy,fragrant,woody,grass incense,fresh and sweet,burnt,bean.
