Design And Research Of Powder Coating Automatic Packaging Production Line

In recent years,the government advocates more use of the powder coating as the concern for environmental protection arises. In turn, the production of powder coatings witness a significant improvement in efficiency, while the packaging efficiency is lagged behind. In this thesis, according to the special characteristics of powder coating,the first carton packaging, packaging and weighing after the product packaging process is determined. A kind of automatic packaging line for powder coatings is designed by using pneumatic technology and PLC controller.According to the packaging process of powder coatings, the automatic packaging production line is divided into five stations,and the equipment of each station is designed. By using the Pro/Engineer software to draw the mechanical components, a virtual prototype can be assembled virtually. Based on the theory of mechanical design,the pneumatic system is designed by using the cylinder and the vacuum sucker as the terminal devices as the vacuum generator providing negative pressure source.According to the operating principle of the vacuum generator,a mathematical model is built to describe the connection between its vacuum degree and working pressure.At the same time, through the experiment of vacuum suction grab bag the coefficient of leakage using different package materials can be determined,which provides a strong theoretical argument for setting an appropriate working parameter for vacuum system. In the mean time, the project combined AMESim with SIMULINK to establish the simulation of cylinder position control simulation that based on PID control. In the end, an electrical control system of the automatic packaging production line is designed by PLC controller and man-machine interface. A specific workstation is also shown as an example in this thesis to illustrate the managing process of control flow,abnormal work and fault handling.In this research of automatic packaging production line of powder coatings, it provides solid solutions to automatic packaging of powder coatings in near future.
