The Study Of Project Management In Developing A New Generation High Energy Uv Laser Digital Plate-making Equipment

New printing technologies have developed rapidly in recent years,which greatly changed the face of this traditional industry.The four largest areas which contribute to the total output value in the printing industry are: package printing,books and periodicals printing,press printing and pre-press field.All of these account for 70% of the total output value,and the pre-press part accounts for the biggest.The pre-press equipment includes digital proofing devices,laser typesetting equipment and computer-to-plate(CTP)equipment.The CTP is a kind of the direct imaging equipment which is applied in the pre-press procedure of printing industry,and it replaces the traditional laser typesetter which makes the film,and after developing,the graphics on the film is transferred to the plate by exposure machines.The digital workflow and CTP equipment has changed the traditional plate-making method and simplified the manufacturing process.The new generation of high-energy violet laser digital plate-making equipment(CTcP)which is a kind of computer-to-plate equipment(CTP),is one of the most important equipment used in printing industry.By more than two years of development and experiment,YZG Company has successfully put the ultraviolet laser(UV laser)into the development of CTcP equipment.With project objective,schedule management,quality management and cost management as the research focus,this paper applies the theory of project management and related research methods to the research object of YZG Company's new generation of high-energy violet laser digital plate-making equipment research and development project.The analysis result shows that after this project is developed successfully,it will fill the technology blank in the domestic market,and at the same time,due to the large reduction in production cost,the demands of CTcP from small and medium-sized enterprises will continue to increase.
