Construction elevator as an important type of vertical transportation machinery,has been widely used in major construction projects,with its structure is relatively complex,special mechanical equipment high-risk properties such as bad operation environment,in the event of accident,would bring huge losses.So safety management and monitoring on its whole process of use by early warning is of great significance.Nowadays,the Internet as an important part in the process of "informatization" of a technology which developed rapidly,and its applied system is perfected as well,leading to being widely used in the field of engineering safety monitoring.Management mode based on Internet of things,provides a brand-new way for its management.First of all,this article analyzed the present situation of Internet of things technology used in the construction hoisting machinery safety risk monitoring,and briefly introduces the construction hoist corresponding technology as well.Secondly,according to the division of each stage of construction hoist,determining the key points of safety management to highlight and analyze the hazards of each stage.Then build the corresponding evaluation model based on the evaluate of the whole process of the elevator security risks,then demonstrated it with actual cases.On this basis,designed a corresponding monitoring and management solutions,including the process of monitoring and early warning,information and layout of sensors,the form and level of the warming,as well as its corresponding interval value,etc.Finally,designed the corresponding safety risk monitoring and management system based on the analysis of function,structure,and information collection and transmission mode of the system.
