Nowadays,pipeline management information system using graphic as an information platform is urgently required.Graphic,as a significant part of in pipeline management,is often overlooked.In addition,because of the variety of graphics formats,it's not easy to share graphic information through different information system.In this way,not only the cost of drawing a picture was increased,but also lead to an information redundancy.So,the bitmap,which has been widespread used in traditional information management,is not power enough to meet our needs for interaction and real-time with the development of information technology.To solve these problems,an interactive strategy of flowchat in pipeline management as well as an association strategy of graphic information using SVG is put forward.The system architecture,function modules as well as database are designed on the base of object-oriented programming model.The main function modules of this system including a graphic management system based on JavaScript and DOM as well as a pipeline management module which can be expanded dynamically.The system is built based on the architecture of asp.net MVC in three-layer to meet the requirements of generality,security,stability and scalability.A superior authority system is also designed to provide a web platform for pipeline management based on flowchart.Based on flowchart of SVG,combining the graphic information and business properties,the application provide an interactive platform which can achieving data manipulation visually and intelligently,increasing the readability of data as well as improving the efficiency of data obtaining.What's more,the system can also provide a platform for information sharing and interaction in order to improve the comprehensive utilization of data resources.By using the criterion of SVG which based on XML,the system can achieve the capability of graphic information sharing across various systems efficiently,and the system also have a good scalability and maintainability at the same time.
