It was pivotal to decet and analyze the heavy metal pollutions in environments such us wastewater using modern detection methods.The standard detection methods are mainly dependent on many large instruments,such as atomic absorption spectrometry,atomic emission spectrometry,X ray fluorescence spectrometry,inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry.However,these large-scale instrument methods also have some disadvantages,such as expensive instruments,large instrument size,long time of detection,and complex sample pretreatment.Therefore,it had became an important subject in the field of metal detection to develop the method to detect the metal quickly.The purpose of this study was to develop a simple and real-time application of turmeric loaded polymer nanofiber film for rapid detection of metal ions Pb2+and Fe3+in water.First of all,the electrostatic spinning technology to explore the preparation of polymer nanofibers,by using optical microscope,scanning electron microscopy?sem?technology to physical and chemical characterization of the surface and internal structure,to optimize the preparation of nanometer fiber concentration,flow velocity,solvents and other factors,success had two kinds of polymer nanofibers film preparation:curcumin acetic acid cellulose nanofiber membrane,load of curcumin zein nano fiber film.Then,research the load of curcumin cellulose acetate nanofibers film for the detection of Pb2+,soaked the nanofibers film on the metal ions in the solution,after the specified time,observation of color changes,to analyze the detection of metal ions.In this part,the optimum pH,detection time,metal ion selectivity and detection sensitivity of the nanofiber film for Pb2+were respectively studied.Results show that the load of curcumin cellulose acetate nanofibers film soak 1 to 13 in the pH of Pb2+solution,according to soak in the pH of solution for 9 nanofiber membrane had a visible color change?yellow to orange red?,nanofiber film for Pb2+detection optimal pH for 9;The test time?soaking time,1,3,5,10 min?had no significant influence on the test results.9 for in the solution pH,nanofiber film immerse in a variety of other metal outside of Pb2+ions are not obvious change color after,nanofiber film for detecting Pb2+has better selectivity;Nanofiber membrane were soaked in different concentrations of Pb2+in the solution,visible to the naked eye solution concentration of 10 or higher tendency/L nanofibers film produced color changes,nanofiber film for Pb2+detection limit?naked?for 10tendency for kg.Therefore,the work in this part indicates that the cellulose nanofiber film containing curcumin acetate can detect Pb2+quickly and effectively,and had good selectivity and sensitivity.Finally,research the load of curcumin zein nanofibers film to detect Fe3+,soaked the nanofibers film on the metal ions in the solution,after the specified time,to observe the color changes,to analyze the detection of metal ions.In this part,the optimum pH,detection time and detection sensitivity are studied respectively.Results show that the load of curcumin zein nanofibers film just soak in the pH to 2Fe3+solution visible to the naked eye to observe a significant color change?yellow to orange red?,namely the nanofibers film for detecting Fe3+solution of the optimal pH of 2.nano fiber film for Fe3+detection limit?naked?for 10 tendency for kg.In conclusion,this paper prepared two kinds of turmeric loaded polymer nanofiber films and explored their application in the detection of metal ions Pb2+and Fe3+.The results showed that the nanofiber film has good selectivity and sensitivity to Pb2+and Fe3+under optimized experimental conditions.This paper provided a new idea and method for the detection of metal ions in water.It had been developed that a rapid,simple,selective colorimetric C-PAN-ENM?CC-CA for detection of Pb2+and Fe3+in the water system.
