As a new product developed by our country,the plane-quadratic-envelope annular worm is widely used in high-speed and heavy-load applications due to large carrying capacity,high transmission efficiency and good meshing characteristics.However,the design and manufacture of plane-quadratic-envelope annular worm is very complicated.Some special machine tools are scarce in the production process,resulting in a relatively low processing efficiency of the plane-quadratic-envelope annular worm gear pair,and the production cost is relatively high.It also further makes the plane-quadratic-envelope annular worm gear pairs have many difficulties in popularization and application.At present,the application of plane-quadratic-envelope annular worm grinding equipment is still far from a level of popularity.Although there are equipment for processing plane-quadratic-envelope annular worm in foreign countries,the structure is complicated and the price is high,which is not conducive to the popularization of plane-quadratic-envelope annular worm machine tools.Many domestic plane-quadratic-envelope annular worm grinding equipment still remain in the transformation of some lathes and grinding machines,special equipment is very scarce,which results in low processing accuracy,low efficiency,higher equipment failure rate,which cannot meet the demand of the market.Therefore,the development of plane-quadratic-envelope annular worm CNC grinder has very important application value and practical significance for popularization and application of plane-quadratic-envelope annular worm gear pairs.Based on the analysis of the traditional machining method of plane-quadratic-envelope annular worm and the theory of virtual center distance machining,the mathematical model of virtual center distance machining principle is established based on homogeneous coordinate transformation matrix.Based on this model,the meshing theory of plane-quadratic-envelope annular worm is studied,and the feasibility of development of plane-quadratic-envelope annular worm CNC grinder is demonstrated.Based on the theory of mechanical design,the structure configuration and motion configuration scheme of plane-quadratic-envelope annular worm CNC grinder are put forward.On this basis,the overall layout of the machine tool and the design of the overall structure are further proposed,and the design of the virtual machine prototype is completed.In the detailed design of the key components of the machine tool,the theory and method of finite element analysis are mainly used to optimize the main components that affect the machine tool performance,which further improves the reliability of machine tool.In the development of plane-quadratic-envelope annular worm CNC grinder,this paper aims to solve the problem that the distance from the generating surface to the center axis of the rotary table and the distance between the cutting point of generating surface and the central axis of the linked rotary table is too large.The grinding wheel inclination of the grinding head,built-in grinding head and spindle parallel sanding design for grinding wheel compensation are put forward,which make the distance from the generating surface to the center axis of the rotary table to be zero and reduce the distance between the cutting point of generating surface and the central axis of the linked rotary table,and solve the problem that the shape error of the grinding wheel caused by the turning error of the rotary table during the grinding process.In this paper,the plane-quadratic-envelope annular worm CNC grinder have achieved high precision and efficient grinding requirements in the structure and function.The grinder with compact structure,nice appearance and low costs,could meet the enterprise's grinding needs.The development of this the plane-quadratic-envelope annular worm CNC grinder will certainly play an important role in the promotion,application and popularization of the plane-quadratic-envelope annular worm gear pairs!...
