In the global economic development,environmental pollution has been further intensified,and the rural environment problem is particularly prominent,in the face of this situation,to further accelerate the pace of building new socialist countryside,based on consolidating rural environmental protection work,with fast green construction in rural areas has become a big challenge at present in our country must face.The rural environment is not only the foundation for the peasants to survive and develop,but also has a direct impact on the vital interests of the peasants.Through the implementation of the comprehensive improvement of the rural environment,not only can further improve the overall appearance of the rural environment,but also can arouse the enthusiasm of the villagers’ participation in rural environmental protection,to ensure that the rural garbage and sewage centralized treatment etc.In view of this,based on the venture of jiangsu province as the research object,in combination with venture situation based on the present situation of rural economy and rural environment,through the questionnaire survey,visit to talk about the way further venture shall punish the rural environment demonstration zone 12 administrative villages,six towns will venture rural environment present situation,already obtained results are analyzed in detail,such as the early stage of the environmental regulation has achieved significant results were: the protection of the water source of drinking water and drinking water quality has been further and has been effectively improved,sewage treatment,living garbage has been unified collection and processing,livestock and poultry breeding pollution has been effectively,etc.At the same time,in the process of environmental governance has many problems to be solved,the lack of awareness of villagers in rural environmental protection,insufficient supervision and management of relevant government departments and the shortage of government investment funds,this a series of problems to further promote the rural environmental renovation work formed the obstacle.The author in the cause of the problems on the basis of full analysis,put forward the new idea of the rural environment regulation and the implementation of the operable measures,first of all,strengthen policy guidance and propaganda of knowledge,improving farmers’ environmental awareness,the government should strengthen the propaganda and education of environmental governance introduced some preferential policies.Secondly,we should give full play to the functions of environmental protection,mobilize the work enthusiasm of environmental departments,and give full play to their responsibilities and functions of application.Further strengthen financial investment at the same time,in the continuous improvement of livestock pollution treatment station related facilities at the same time,establish and improve the livestock gathering and processing procedure,and further improve the efficient treatment of livestock waste,etc.Finally,to establish and perfect the supervision mechanism of continuous improvement effect,not only to accelerate development policies conducive to the development of agriculture for a long time,but also to establish and improve the relevant legal system and the system,introduced when necessary to further protect the rural environment of the rural environmental protection law,to speed up the agricultural sustainable development at the same time,improve agricultural ecological environment protection.
