An Empirical Study On The Impact Of Environmental Regulation On China's Industrial Structure Adjustment

In recent years,China's economy in a persistent state of rapid growth,from the point of view of industrial structure,industry occupies an important position,the development of industry consumes a lot of resources and energy,but also produce large amounts of pollutants.Therefore,in the case of serious environmental pollution,the benign development of economy and environment is particularly important.The ecological environment is an important part of the sustainable development of economy,we should also put the issue of environmental protection and ecological construction in a more prominent position,forming a virtuous cycle of ecological and economic,ecological and economic "win-win".Since eighteen the development of the party,national leaders have made a series of discussion on the construction of ecological civilization,we should respect nature,protect nature,so as to achieve harmonious development of man and nature,at the same time the eighteen meeting for the construction of ecological civilization in the new era of socialism direction,we should not only beautiful scenery,but also jinshanyinshan.Therefore,in order to improve the contradiction between environment and development,China has adopted a variety of environmental regulation policy to coordinate the relationship between environmental protection and economic development,in order to adapt to this change and development of China's industrial structure has also made the corresponding adjustment and upgrading.In this context,the optimization of the environment and economic transformation,many scholars make use of environmental regulation as a new starting point to explore economic development and industrial restructuring.Firstly,this paper reviews and summarizes the relevant literature at home and abroad.Secondly,this paper explains the relevant theories of environmental regulation and industrial structure,and discusses the impact of environmental regulation policy on industrial structure from three aspects of technological innovation,consumer demand and international trade.Thirdly,this paper analyzes the present situation of environmental pollution,the policy means of environmental regulation and the basic trend of China's industrial structure.Use the 2004-2014 provincial panel data of 30 provinces and cities nationwide,analyzed the panel model empirical analysis of the impact of environmental regulation on different types of industrial structure,this paper mainly to the environmental regulation policy is divided into economic incentive and command and control class two,according to the standard as a regional economic development level of different domestic.The influence of the industrial structure of different regions affected by environmental regulation are estimated.The results show that economic incentives of environmental regulation to a certain extent promotes the adjustment of industrial structure in our country,the extent is larger than the command control environmental regulation.In the area of the region,there is a big difference between the three regions in the East,East and West.The effect of different types of environmental regulation in different regions is also different.Finally,on the basis of the analysis,the paper puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions in order to provide reference for the future environmental protection.
