With the development of China's market economy,oil is the blood of industry.As the eldest son of the Republic industry,the oil production and the demand for refined oil are further enlarged in Northeast China.At the same time,the demand for refined oil is also increasing in China,which has led to the development of the whole oil industry in China.with the large international oil companies and local private enterprises to enter the refined oil wholesale and retail market,monopoly state-owned oil companies on the market has been gradually weakened,in order to cope with the increasingly fierce competition in the refined oil wholesale and retail market,enhance the profitability of the business,to build the core competitiveness.As the direct embodiment of the operation efficiency of the enterprise,logistics is the most effective,direct and rapid link for the enterprise to realize the efficiency of reducing the cost.The ZH company in refined oil distribution process,due to the lack of logistics management information system,the development of oil distribution scheme mainly depends on the human decision,subject to the personal experience and behavior,the scheme has not been scientifically validated,resulting in annual oil distribution costs and other parts,the costs associated with the unreasonable oil transportation process due to produce high quality loss compensation.Other companies are the same,even though some companies have long been committed to promoting the transportation of refined oil more easily and scientifically through software optimization and project updates.However,some external constraints,such as difficult customer data collection,will affect the quality of the whole oil delivery process to a certain extent.It is impossible to achieve the desired goal.Therefore,combined with the actual situation of ZH Liaoning company,this paper compiling a case study,trying to make the company's oil distribution optimization through some efforts.On the basis of analyzing the present situation and problems of ZH company's finished oil distribution,this paper analyzes the cost of the internal refineries,oil depots,gas stations,and related distribution needs,and on the basis of learning the experience of domestic and foreign counterparts,from the optimization of distribution mode,the rational distribution of transportation and the oil depot.Further integration and other aspects of the unified optimization of the feasible scheme,combined with the present advanced various kinds of Internet software analysis technology,to a certain extent,hope to achieve the goal of improving the management level of ZH Liaoning company,reducing the cost of all kinds of finished oil distribution and increasing economic efficiency.At the same time,the research in this paper can also provide a reference for similar oil products sales enterprises to optimize the distribution plan.
