As the social economic develops,enterprises compete fiercely day by day and market competition gradually evolves into elites competition.Enterprise training which is after the persona of ability inputting is the first track of evolve cultivating.It is not only the methods of the knowledge transmitting and skill improving,but also the important approaches to improve evolves' comprehensive quality and to promote enterprises' development.Enterprises'training have a bigger and bigger effect,for the enterprises require their crew more and more and the training is deep in everyone's heart.Shenyang Gas Limited Company is a big state-owned enterprise with a large number of staff and low staff turnover.At present,the enterprises develop fast,which requires more evolves,but the ability and the working quality of the staff can't meet the need of the enterprises.It causes the number of the staff is enough but they need to employ more staff to complete the work.It is obvious in office management personnel.The main cause lies in lack of system and creativeness of those people,and many of them can't learn much as they are expected.The office management personnel in the enterprises take up the whole operating.Their problems are not only low efficiency and hysteresis quality but it can cause the faults of evolves training so as to confine the development of the enterprises as well.The work of training system designing is the emphasis and the difficulty.It's necessary for it not only contributes to realize the established training and developing targets,but also contributes to put the strategy into reality and develops continuously.Meanwhile,redesigning can integrate into the various factors of analyzing human resources,and can make the request of operating post match the real capability.The thesis is mainly doing researches on administrative staff in Shenyang Gas Limited Company.It aims at post training system of the administrative staff in the company from reality.First,the thesis states its significance of the training system—the guidance to the human resources training work.Second,it summarizes the training and the related theories and focuses on theoretical models in this thesis.Third,it finds the problem in present training and analyzes them as the designing gist through the implementation analyzing in Shenyang Gas Limited Company,the coincidence between training and factual work,the training effect on real work and the current situation of training resources.Finally,it completes the redesigning training system of administrative staff in Shenyang Gas Limited Company.The training system consists fours parts:demand analyzing,curriculum system,implementation system and assessment.At the end,in order to implement the training system effectively,the design of the corresponding safeguard measures include which the training combine with the assessment system?strengthen the combination of investment?construction and training of internal trainers team and put into the special APP software etc.And then,the thesis designs related supporting measure from management and training designing department's view in the company.
