Fused magnesia is an excellent high-temperature refractory material which is widely used in aerospace,chemical industry,metallurgy,building materials and other fields.And it is very important in all aspects.The current fluctuation of fused magnesia smelting process is very severe and has great influence on production energy consumption and product quality.Therefore,it is necessary to monitor the current and fluctuation in the smelting process in real time for production managers to monitor and adjust the current in time.However,the existing monitoring systems are mostly concentrated in the local and the monitoring environment is poor.The local monitoring system which service object is for the field operation workers,can not meet the high level of knowledge of enterprise management personnel to grasp the production process anytime,anywhere,and use their rich experience in real-time adjustment of key technology parameters to meet the smelting process on the key performance indicators.With the development of science and technology,cloud computing technology and industrial production closely together provide a more convenient solution to the remote monitoring of industrial production process,solve the problems of centralized local monitoring system,reduces the hardware cost of industrial monitoring and running optimization system,improves the computing power of the system,reduces the difficulty of system expansion and improves the sharing of information.It is better for the remote monitoring and control of magnesia production process to combine the cloud computing with the industrial production of the fused magnesium furnace enables,and thenhelp to improve the level of intelligent factories,and continuously reduce the plant's energy consumption and improve product quality.Based on the actual monitoring demand of the factory,this thesis designs and develops the remote monitoring and control system of the fused-melting furnace based on the research platform of the State Key Laboratory of Integrated Automation of Process Industry of Northeastern University,in order to optimize the control and monitoring of the production process of the smelting furnace and improve the production efficiency.At the same time,the validity and practicability of the whole system was verified in Liaoning Province,fused magnesia factory.The main research work of this thesis is summarized as follows:(1)According to the demand of the smelting process of fused magnesia furnace and the research status of the current fused magnesium furnace monitoring system,the function of remote mobile monitoring system for Electro-Fused magnesium furnaces based on industrial cloud is designed,which includes process status monitoring function,fault alarm function,index optimization function and control effect evaluation index monitoring function etc..(2)According to the function of remote mobile monitoring system,the whole architecture of the remote moving monitoring system software is designed,including four components:the bottom data acquisition module,the data remote transmission module,the cloud data processing module and the APP and the Web monitoring module,then the module of detailed design.(3)Complete the development of the remote monitoring system of the electric melting magnesium furnace based on the cloud.First,through the wireless transmission module uses the Modbus protocol to the underlying data acquisition to the enterprise server,the enterprise server using the internet to transmit data to the cloud server through the Zookeeper server in the cloud cluster.Development of intelligent optimization algorithm in the cloud server,such as current value intelligent setting algorithm and so on,using the collected data to optimize the calculation.Finally,the development of human-computer interaction APP and Web which interact with the cloud data to achieve data display and index optimization functions.(4)The system developed in this thesis is applied to verify the function of a fused magnesia field in Dashiqiao,Liaoning Province,including process monitoring function verification,fault alarm function verification,control effect evaluation index monitoring function verification,index optimization function verification etc..The result shows that the remote mobile monitoring system can realize the function of remote mobile monitoring and optimization,and improve the level of enterprise informationization.
