With the rapid development of digital printing technology,people are increasingly demanding the color accuracy of textile digital printing products.Current textile digital print printing modes generally select print intent based on experience,and the choice of parameters with reasonable print intent depends on a comprehensive analysis of the intrinsic features of the image,the printed features,and the print intent.The characteristics of different images are different,which also means that the print jobs of different images have different print parameters.In addition,the print parameters selected for different relationships between printer color gamut and image gamut are different.These printing parameters(such as intent,color gamut,gray tone,low saturation,high saturation,level,etc.)are difficult to accurately grasp,so there will be blindness and randomness when selecting printing parameters,resulting in the satisfactory printing effect is not obtained,which is also the reason for the dissatisfaction with the color of the printed product,which requires multiple adjustments,which causes waste of time and money,and brings certain troubles to the digital printing industry.Based on the existing digital printing,this study combines some problems of actual production to explore the textile digital printing adaptive technology based on the characteristics of printed drawings.This paper extracts typical different types of prints in actual production,such as color block diagram,photo picture,high saturation picture,high level picture,neutral gray tone picture,dark tone picture etc.According to the distribution of pixels L,C and H,the relationship between image color gamut and printer color gamut,as well as the different intention and other characteristics of the printed graph,the parameter characteristics of the printed graph are found out.The relationship model between the characteristics of the printed graph and the parameters is established by clustering method,and the most suitable printing mode is given.In addition,this paper gives a method of gray balance optimization for the problem of poor gray balance of digital printing.It has been proved by experiments that this method has a good effect on the gray balance improvement of gray tone map,and it is also used as a new one.The print parameters are added to the adaptive printing system.The experimental test and senior experts judged that the printing effect based on image feature automatic selection parameters is better than manual blindness and random selection parameters,which solves the user's actual production problems and also meets the future development direction of textile digital printing.The development of the textile digital printing industry is huge,and the realization of intelligence has important practical significance.
